POST & PACKING:
Postal prices are based on delivery to the UK mainland only, we will send your delivery either by 1st Class Royal Mail or by Courier. We will not be liable for non delivery or late delivery due to inaccurate delivery details. A valid postcode is required for every delivery. For deliveries outside of the UK mainland please contact us for extra costs incurred.
We aim to make and post all orders received by 9.30 am Sunday to Thursday within 48 hrs of receipt. For orders received on Fridays or Saturdays they will be posted on the following Tuesday morning at latest. We cannot be held responsible for the weather, and advise you that in periods of hot weather we will not be held liable if the contents of your package are spoiled.
RETURNS:
You may cancel your order at any time for any reason within seven working days. If you are cancelling after the goods have been posted, then you must return the goods unopened to receive a full refund and you will be liable for any postage costs incurred.
If you are returning goods which you feel are not of reasonable quality then a full refund will be given as long as the amount consumed is deemed to be reasonable to accertain the quality of the product.
Where more than a reasonable amount has been consumed, we reserve the right to apply a charge for that amount which has been consumed.
